seguramente a corto plazo querrá pasarse a los RF, y además de pocos, el precio de éstos es muy alto

Dices eso en serio Carles? pero si llevamos años adaptando objetivos a las M4/3 y a las Sony, con adaptadores de terceros, caros y sin ninguna garantía de pleno funcionamiento, por qué iba alguien que tenga objetivos EF a tener ninguna prisa por sustituirlos por los RF si Canon te garantiza que van a funcionar de cojones en la sin espejo?

Yo lo que tendría prisa si fuera un Canon-empedernido sería por quitarme de encima la réflex, que ya se han quedado más arcaicas que la Charito: cuerpo sin estabilizador, problemas de frontfocus/backfocus, imposibilidad de ver la exposición por el visor, olvídate de AF al ojo. En definitiva mi urgencia sería la misma que me llevó en su día a quitarme de encima las réflex a la velocidad del rayo.

En el comparómetro de ISOs de Dpreview ya están tanto la R5 como la R6.

Comparándolas con las Sony A7R IV y Nikon Z7, que salen muy parejas, diría que a ISOs astronómicos las dos nuevas Canon tienen un pelo menos de ruido:

Comparando con las 5D IV y R lo mismo, quizá haya una minúscula mejora:

En resumen a ISOs super altos las R5/R6 rinden un pelo mejor a lo que ya teníamos en todos los bandos.
Más interesante va a ser ver la comparación de RD cuando la metan.

Comparando la R6 con la 1DX III en ruido salen gemelas, así que parecen compartir sensor. Pero en nitidez no, la R6 tiene más (ver el aliasing en los círculos concéntricos o el nivel de detalle en cualquiera de los sujetos) lo que hace pensar en un filtro AA menos intrusivo en la R6 (=pixelpeepers más felices, pero ojo al moiré en las bodas):

PD: pongo en la primera comparativa la Sony A7 IV en modo Pixel shift (que por desgracia no ha incluido Canon en la R5, aunque antes o después caerá ya que tiene IBIS):

El Pixel shift a ISOs altos en realidad no tiene mucho sentido porque si uno usa trípode tira a ISO100, pero es interesante ver la importante mejora estadística en ruido/rango dinámico (además de en detalle capturado y ausencia de moiré) que proporciona hacer varias tomas y que también se da cuando se usa el Pixel shift a ISO100.

No se si al tocar el problema del sobre calentamiento alguien ha mencionado este estudio: https://www.eoshd.com/news/chinese-user ... ime-limit/ , pero creo que como poco, es curiosa la manera de disipar el calor que han empleado los ingenieros de Canon. O más bien lo extraño de como lo han hecho.

Destripe de Lensrentals: mejor sellado de lo habitual, y le ha gustado la robustez aparente del IBIS (en Sony va enganchado con unas piezas de plástico que se han encontrado rotas en varias unidades, aunque rara vez afectaban al funcionamiento):

Ya ha salido la review de Dpreview, le dan un 91%.

Como puntos a favor se terminaron los complejos de Canon en rango dinámico (habla de tú a tú con cualquier otra cámara), el mejor estabilizador del mercado en FF, y muy buen AF.

Como puntos en contra el calentamiento en los modos de vídeo de más calidad, pérdida de rango dinámico muy apreciable en obturación electrónica (como la R6), y reducción de ruido aplicada al RAW (esto hay que investigarlo más).

There's no denying that the Sony a7R IV is cheaper at the time of this writing, and offers more resolution than the EOS R5, more customization, better battery life and is not insignificantly smaller and lighter. But the Canon holds its own with a competitive JPEG engine, faster possible burst speeds, more video capture tools, a much more refined touchscreen interface and ergonomics that we find more comfortable. In real-world shooting, we've also found the Canon's in-body stabilizer to be a bit more competent, and Canon's strides in autofocus have closed the gap with Sony's impressive tracking in most respects.

That takes us to the Nikon Z7 (and by some extension, the Z7 II, though we've not yet fully tested one). Ergonomically, there's not much between them; subjectively, some of us find the Nikon's grip better, others prefer the Canon's. Both offer a 'some but not quite enough' approach for customization options, and both have lovely displays and great interfaces. The Nikon's video feature set is less competitive and its autofocus implementation is a little clunkier than the Canon's, but it almost certainly won't overheat on you. For sports and action, we'd lean towards the EOS R5, but for those subjects moving rather less erratically, they're both capable options.

And now, the Panasonic S1R. The S1R is an unquestionably larger and heavier camera, but we love its grip and control scheme. The EOS R5 bests the Panasonic's image quality in Raw at higher ISO values in particular, but we love the JPEGs from both options. The Panasonic has stronger customization options and some will prefer its dual-hinge display design (though admittedly others will prefer the Canon's side-hinged design just as much). In the end, the EOS R5 comes out on top for us because its autofocus system and burst speeds make it a more competent camera for sports and action overall, though the S1R does turn in a really solid hit rate, albeit at a more pedestrian 6fps maximum burst speed.
